You subscribe to the water, not the machine.

No build, no depreciation, no emergency call-out priced against the emergency. The contract names the state your water has to be in and the instruments that show whether it is. The service stays in place permanently: the cheap way to own a water problem.

The sequence

Four stages, and stopping is allowed at any of them.

  1. Situation report Ten minutes of your time. Which asset, what fails, which months, what it costs. It reaches Alarivean through the contact form and commits you to nothing.
  2. Site read A written answer: what the data suggests is driving the fault, whether this stage is the right instrument, a sensible scope, and which parts are guesswork. Sometimes the answer is a different technology.
  3. Calibration phase One bounded area or one circuit. Baseline, boundary, indicators and failure condition fixed in writing before switch-on. A claim becomes a measurement taken on your asset by instruments both parties agreed to.
  4. The standing subscription Continuous service against the agreed outcomes, delivered by a licensed service operator. Equipment in place, gases and consumables carried by the operator, monitoring throughout, and a settled response when the water steps outside its band. It runs year to year without a gap, on parameters written for your water alone.

Where the boundary sits

What moves onto the operator's side of the line.

Gas logistics, crewing and an analytics stack have to sit with some organization. They sit with the operating company, and the contract says so.

Off your books: equipment capital, mobilization and demobilization, gas supply and handling, operators, the sensor fleet, the data pipeline behind it, and the internal argument over which department owns a skid it did not ask for.

Still yours: the catchment or the make-up source, the relationship with your own regulator, and an accurate account of what the asset has been doing. A program scoped against a flattering history fails on the week it was bought for.

Sophia Delta owns the system. Alarivean, Inc. is the operating company that puts it in your water and signs the contract.

Carried in every engagement

  • Equipment in place
  • All gases
  • Crew and mobilization
  • In-situ instrumentation
  • Reporting to your format

Scoped by duty

  • Lake & lagoon zone
  • Cooling loop
  • Process and reclaim water
  • Desal I/O
  • HAB Deep Strike
  • Additional water body

How a calibration phase is written

Agree the failure condition before you agree the price.

A demonstration that cannot fail is a presentation with equipment in it. Four terms go in writing first; leaving any of them out has cost somebody a year of argument.

The four terms agreed before a Fluid Nano calibration phase begins
Term What it fixes Why it goes first
Boundary The exact volume, area or circuit under treatment, and what counts as outside it Without it, a good result inside and a bad one outside become the same conversation
Baseline The pre-treatment read, on the same instruments and schedule as everything after Most disputes in this industry are baseline disputes in technical costume
Indicators The parameters that decide the outcome, taken from your list as well as the operator's An operator's sensor list is not your business case. Yours is
Failure condition The result at which the run is declared unsuccessful and stops Somebody has to be able to write that sentence at the end

The four terms hold for an amenity lake, a condenser circuit or an intake approach. Only the indicator list changes.

Commercial shape

Most engagements are one plant, one duty, one standing agreement.

An estate with a lake. A brewery with a reservoir. A campus with a cooling circuit. A port with a basin. Each is a subscription to a result: a named asset, a named duty, outcomes written before anything runs, and service that continues past the bad month. No license, no joint venture, no five-year architecture to negotiate before anyone touches water.

The way out is short enough to print. Miss the agreed spec and the subscription ends. Serve the minimum period, decide not to continue, and it ends then too: no cause, no argument, no exit interview.

National and utility-scale programs take more than one shape: a licensed operating company running the program itself, a venture with the client or a partner rooted in that market, or the business system licensed out of Sophia Delta, with or without a venture beside it. A regional industrial gas partner belongs inside most. None is a sale or a rental; the plant is deployed as a service every time, and that conversation is held directly with the operating company.

If the scope turns out to be coastal, the same treatment stage runs from the SeaBreather platform. If the driver is a bloom, ask about HABslayer. For spill, ballast or contaminated discharge, ask about ChemSlayer.

One basin under one standing agreement is a service contract. Pricing it as a national program helps nobody.

Practicalities

Reports, results and start dates

What has to be in a situation report?

Which asset and roughly where, what fails and when, and what it costs: throttled output, extra chemical, unplanned maintenance, a closure, a permit exceedance. Include what you already tried, especially what failed.

Water quality history and depth or circuit profiles help if they exist. If not, send it anyway.

What if the calibration phase comes back negative?

Then it comes back negative. That is a legitimate result, and the reason the failure condition goes in writing before the equipment is switched on. You keep the baseline, the boundary data and the instrument record.

The corroborated field record behind this system is a single Florida trial permit, so there is no run history to quote either way.

How fast can equipment be on site?

It depends on regional availability and your permitting. The site read sets both against your dates and returns a start window.

Earlier is cheaper. Equipment chased after a shutdown is buying speed, which is never on sale.

Pricing, terms and availability are set by Alarivean, Inc., which holds a license to these systems and is the company running them today.

Immediate, Significant, Scaled

Start with the asset.

Send the situation. Alarivean will tell you what a Fluid Nano program on that water would change, what it costs to find out, and where it would make no difference at all.
